Happy Easter! Today, we are going to explore the resurrection through 1 Corinthians 15. Paul began this letter to the Corinthians by reminding them about the cross of Jesus. In the middle of his letter, he dealt with many issues in the church, such as divisions, sexual immorality, people suing each other, marriage, worship, communion, and spiritual gifts. They had many issues. However, Paul chose to end his letter by reminding them of Jesus' resurrection. The death of Jesus for our sins and his resurrection are the foundation of our Christian faith.

In this second part, Paul discusses the implications of Jesus' resurrection. He does so by addressing the issue of some believers who believed the resurrection of Jesus, but denied the resurrection of the physical body. Paul argues that there is a seamless connection between the resurrection of Christ and the physical, bodily resurrection of believers.

When we are tied to our struggling lives in this world, we want to reminisce about better days. But there is no glory in our sinful lives on earth at all.
